Customer Service and Personal Touches

I received my gorgeous Moon Tyger Tea in the post this morning and I was genuinely impressed to find a hand-written note inside my package. It made it so much more personal, and makes me want to go back to this company again. Sometimes we forget the little touches which can make such a difference to our products and services, which keep the customers happy and coming back.
